In a thorough pre-selection process, we examine and evaluate the candidates‘ documents. We then analyze the personalities who appear to be most suitable in requirement-oriented interviews with regard to their personal and professional competence as well as their individual motivation. Obtaining references and, if desired, carrying out proven psychological assessment procedures increase the reliability of the decision.
Based on this, we prepare a detailed analysis of results and make our recommendations. Thus, when presenting candidates personally, our clients already have a comprehensive picture of the potential job holder and can literally concentrate on the essentials.
